Dashboard

An overview of the Text2Car Fleet dashboard feature, this video will show you how to create visual charts to campare and assess vehicle usage information.

Report Tools

Reports will allow you to create detailed lists of important events to copy, save or print in many different formats. First select the type of report you would like to create, next choose the date range and vehicles you would like to view. Click create report to view your selection.

Report Sample

Once you create your report you will be able to view a list of all the selected events that have occurred and when and where these events occurred. From the commands column you can choose to view the Location History, email the location or go to a street view of the location of the event.

Temperature

This video will show you how view readings, set thresholds, and create temperature reports. These features will only be available to you if you have the proper hardware and system.

Live Group Map

The Live Group Map allows you to monitor your entire fleet. Each device will appear as an icon, these icons will bounce as they update when a vehicle preforms an event. Red icons indicate the vehicle is off while green indicates on. Selecting an icon will provide you with more detail and options for that vehicle.

Location History Map

The location history map will show the selected vehicles route through-out the day. Each event will appear as an icon and can be selected to view in detail. You can view back up to 90 days.

Settings

This video will show you how to change your password and the associated email in the account tab of the fleet settings. As well as add or delete manger accounts, and how to manage your fleet with the groups tab.

Unit Settings

This video details the Unit Settings Account tab, and shows how to change a vehicle description, enter a vin# or set a time zone.
